Whenever possible, work will be shipped via Canada Post. Larger work will be sent via FedEx.
Shipping is included in smaller work.
Shipping costs will be discussed with the purchaser for larger work over 16” x 16"
Purchases in the Lower Mainland of BC will be delivered in person, providing weather conditions permit.
In-person delivery or pick-up ensures the artwork arrives in good condition.
In the Vancouver area, please contact the artist to arrange delivery time or pick- up. Otherwise, you will be contacted to coordinate timing and logistics.
Once your order is approved, your credit card will be charged and your artwork will be prepared for shipment.
Once the work is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Funds are non-refundable except in the event of damage.
Please photograph your package before and after opening as a record of the condition of the work on arrival.
If damaged, please return the artwork with the original packaging for a refund.
Report the issue to the artist immediately
Items not as described must be reported within 7 days of receipt
Items not received must be reported within 14 days of the latest expected delivery date
Please provide photographic evidence of the issue (including the artwork and the original packaging).
If there is any damage to the package, don’t open it. Notify the artist by email and provide photos.
Artwork can vary slightly in colour due to differences in computer screens and monitor resolution.
Artist signatures are on the back of the work. In some cases signatures are on the front, but are generally on the back.
Dimensions can differ slightly, but only by centimetres.
We are not responsible for shipping delays. Please notify the artist if your shipment is late or lost.
We are not responsible for customs and duties or other charges that are the responsibility of the buyer.
